Andrew's message is shared through a variety of ways including the continued expansion of Charis Bible College campuses.
During February 2010 a new Charis Bible College (CBC) extension school opened its doors in Kampala Uganda. The school operates under the leadership of Leland Shores III and his wife Carole. Leland, a CBC graduate, serves dual roles of directorship as head of both CBC-Uganda and Andrew Wommack Ministries of Uganda (AWM-Uganda). He recalls God speaking audibly to him in February of 2005. Leland heard the Lord say, "I am preparing you to go to Africa." Nine months later, Leland was living in Uganda following a specific call and direction from the Lord. According to Leland, opening the college at this time was the next step in the plan God showed him—God's plan to disciple the Ugandan nation.

“I believe that Charis Bible College of Uganda is going to affect a change in this nation that will flow like rivers of living water into the surrounding nations of East Africa. Discipleship is God's plan for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I believe that Uganda is positioned to cause great revival throughout the world. I am looking forward to seeing whom He has chosen to send,” Leland said.
The first hour of each class day is reserved for a time of worship.

CBC-Uganda opened its doors in February with forty-four registered students and as of this post has enrolled a total of sixty students. The curriculum for first year students attending CBC-Uganda begins with the first two levels of Andrew's Discipleship Evangelism program, a simple Financial Stewardship course, and a focus on intimate fellowship with God emphasized through worship. The premise of CBC-Uganda is teaching and duplication through discipleship, but the core message is relationship
with God.
CBC-Chicago graduate, Ann Petry, serves as CBC-Uganda's Administrator, and has begun teaching a "Financial Stewardship" class. “I praise the Lord for the Discipleship tools that Andrew and Don Krow have written and produced. It is through these teaching tools and staying true to their context that we are where we are today,” Leland shared.
Andrew is thrilled with the opening of CBC Uganda and the continued expansion of Charis Bible College. Andrew commented, “I believe this is why the Lord led me to start Charis Bible College fifteen years ago. We are now training up thousands of men and women in thirteen schools around the world, and they are doing greater works than we have done. Indeed, Jesus told us we would do the same and greater works than He did if we would just believe” (John 14:12).
