Give Where You’re Going

What are you believing God for in your life? Is it to own your own home? To get married? To have children? Maybe you know what God has called you to do, but it’s a matter of…well…getting there. While there is a place for waiting on God and His timing and direction, there is something you can do. One way you can see doors open for you is by giving where you want to go. Opened doors are one of the many benefits of becoming a financial partner with a ministry that you trust. You can exercise your faith for direction and open doors through the giving of your finances. Matthew 9:29 says, “According to your faith be it unto you.”

In Andrew’s teaching series Financial Stewardship, one of his messages, “Your Partnership in the Kingdom,” speaks directly to this:

“If you really want to prosper, here’s one way to do it: Find a ministry that is doing something big…bigger than [you]. They’re reaching out. They’re touching other people. This could be a church. It could be a television ministry. It could be a missionary. It could be anything. But [find] somebody who has a big vision that’s going to take a lot of money, and you become a partner with them. And you know how God gets that money to that minister? He sends it to his partners. He sends it to people. So, if you want to prosper, find a ministry that needs a lot of money [and] become a partner with them. God will send that money to you to get it through you to them, and He will prosper you supernaturally.”

What if it’s hard for you to trust God with your finances? I get it! It’s your time and effort wrapped up in a single paycheck. But Luke 16:10 says, “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much.” So, what this means is that your finances are actually considered a small thing—“that which is least (emphasis mine). If you’re not where you want to be, don’t stop until you get to God’s perfect will. Jesus has a knack for increasing what you give to Him.

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”

Luke 6:38

In a way, you’re actually giving yourself to God when you give financially, and this makes a way for Him to multiply you.

So, prayerfully consider becoming a financial partner with a ministry, mission, or person going in the direction you feel a pull toward. Also, if you want to hear more about your partnership in the kingdom, get Andrew’s Financial Stewardship series.

Where do you want to go?

Good morning, I am Denise and am an active partner with AWM. I thank God for you ministry which I was introduced to by radio, and back in the days of cassette tapes. I received my first free tape from your ministry back in 1990, I believe. I called your prayer line and was connected with a beautiful woman, whose name I wished I had written down, and I shared this story with her. I called for healing in my body because of a fall I had last year while walking my dog and got tangled up in his leash, God is healing my body and I was in the ER, last week because of the pain was increasing and another lying system came against me which is affecting my ability to stand, sit, or walk. The devil has been defeated and I am the healed of the Lord because Jesus already paid for my renewed youthful body with His sinless body on the cross and the work was finished on the cross, and I was made righteous cleansed and forgiven. As Jesus is in heaven, so am I in this world Amen. Andrew, you answered a question today, that I had asked God about regarding bringing His tithe into the storehouse. I am on disability because I was diagnosed with being bipolar, manic depression, acute anxiety, and my bottom line were, I was totally and permanently disable at the age of 42 I think, oh yeah I had early dementia and Alzheimers. I was broken mentally and I have the copies of all of the facts that my brain had bi-frontal volume loss. I was unable to read, spell words such as where, who, this. I praise my Abba, for He knows the plans for my life and they are good. I have so much more about the sifting that satan was attacking me with. As I was being healed, I had the desire to be under the covering of a church that would first lift up Jesus and one that would feed my spirit, for I was so hungry for the word of God. I was being fed by the ministries that I was lead to on TBN. Dr. Caroline Leaf was the gateway that the Lord placed in my path as He was restoring my, spirit, soul, and body. Pastor Prince was also placed in my path, teaching the gospel of grace, for condemnation was being used against me with supernatural strength with the force so strong I was very often thinking about killing myself, but greater is He that is inside of me. I have been saved from the age of about 8yrs. old and loved the part of God that I had been taught. Let me stay focus on the reason for my contacting you today, I joined a church that a friend of many years was a member of because I missed being among the people of God as we worship Him together. I was getting to know God, a new. Grace was being taught and as I was being healed in my brain I could understand and focus, something that I hadn't been able to do for about 10 years. I had been invited to come to this church during the years of sifting but the disorder had me in solitude, I felt safe and unjudged, so I visited the church a couple of times and I was on my way back to having a sound mind, and I could bring the Lord's tithe to His house which was very important to me, it was my way of life, I can say that I was a cheerful giver and knew that the tithe was His. I was at the church long enough to tithe twice. I couldn't sit under a ministry where the Pastor of the church, referred to my Lord and Savior, my High Priest, the Son of Almighty God, as being a cousin. It was after choir rehearsal and I had expressed to this friend, that the house of God, in my opinion, was not being cared about and as we walked in the sanctuary because I was asking for permission to care for an area, the conversation also included a daycare center that belongs to the pastor, and he was sharing his concerns about a board meeting to discuss the future of his property, so as he mentioned the people that he knew on the board he just in a matter of fact attitude, he said and let's not forget about our cousin, I being the new person was waiting to hear about the cousin, and to my total surprise, he said Jesus! I was so shocked to hear that, it was showing all over my face....I don't drive and she and her husband was my way to and from church, and these were my caretakers, from the church that we were members of, you see I was a member of the first mega church in Atlanta Georgia for years, with over 30 pastors on staff, and I don't know how many deacons with small groups that would come together once monthly. I was like Lord Jesus, I was asking my friends about what I just heard. And I am the kind of person who's feeling are shown by my facial expressions. They made excuses for him, it was a slip of the tongue and he is just a country boy. I was talking to the Lord about this, I don't judge the men and women of God who claims to have been called of God, and I would repent of judging the pastor, the messages and I left that church, I was already fighting in my personal health and I decided to separate from the friends as well. That's when I decided to send the tithe to the ministries that fed me on TBN, and I was so blessed to hear you this morning, talking about tithing to tv ministries. I live off of my social security check and my disability early retirement check from the Fulton County Government Pension, I worked in the library system for about 17 years. I don't have any degrees, so my wages were not as other who had been to college and have bachelor's and master's degrees, I am one of those who the word of God speaks of when it says, God will give you positions that you are not qualified for. That was me, I didn't know that there was a library of science degree. God graced me to become so knowledgeable on the computers that I was the techie at the library I worked in, He also gave me the ability to perform at the levels of those who had degrees and I would train them on the functions of the software that was being upgraded to keep up or surpass the systems of library science in every other state. I missed out on a promotion for people like me, who basically walked off the street and the door opened that placed us on a higher pay scale but the person who filled out my paperwork was a temp and my paperwork was not properly prepared which caused me to miss out on a great salary. I am sending my tithe into about 7 different ministries who are all teaching the same gospel and are all doing outreach ministry. Last week I was asking the Lord as I mentioned before if it was okay to send the tithe in because some won't receive it as tithe but as an offering. I do have a wonderful local church here that I would like to become a member of and I send a tithe to his church too. Because of the manifestation of my healing has a timing on it, I am homebound. I am so blessed because I am having my mind renewed, I am getting to know my Abba, and I am learning through the teaching that I am able to get, that if I had to go on a job, well I wouldn't have the time. I have a new lease on life, I am a child of Almighty God, I am the righteousness of God thru the finished work of my High Priest Jesus Christ. I have your last book, I am in training for the ability to do what God purposed for which He created me to do. A lot was lost, but I know that our God is the Most Loving and He specializes in creating. I know this is a long post, and I didn't scratch the surface of sifting But GOD! Thank you for all of your years of faithfulness to the teaching of the life changing, uncompromising word of God. Denise
